乡镇企业,经历曲折道路,异军突起,已经在国民经济上占据“半壁江山”。就全国而言,产权上的“多兵种”,经营上的“多机制”,布局上的“多星点”,是乡镇企业的普遍性特征,也是“起步阶段”的必然现象。随着改革开放的深入和市场经济的兴起,这种格局开始变异,特别是在乡镇企业发展地区,对于决策乡镇企业的发展方略,引导乡镇企业的健康发展,无疑是十分有益的。
Township and township enterprises have experienced numerous twists and turns and have risen to the top, and have already occupied “half of the country” in the national economy. As far as the whole country is concerned, the “multi-arms” on property rights, “multi-mechanism” on operations, and “multiple points” on the layout are the universal characteristics of township enterprises and the inevitable phenomenon of “starting stage”. With the deepening of reform and opening up and the rise of the market economy, this pattern has started to mutate, especially in the areas where township enterprises develop. It is undoubtedly very beneficial for the decision-making of township and village enterprises to guide the healthy development of township enterprises.
