本文旨在分析口服避孕药后引起高血压妇女的肾素～血管紧张素～醛固酮系统与体内钠钾总量的变化并与相应年龄组的原发性高血压妇女对照比较的经过。服药组为六例口服含雌激素30～50μg 的复方雌孕激素避孕药后发生高血压的妇女,平均身高为1.63±0.01m,体重为62.7±3.0kg。对照组为年龄相似的原发性高血压的妇女,已除外主动脉缩窄,肾脏与内分泌疾病者,平均身高1.57±0.03m,体重61.2±8.5kg。全部对象均属志愿参加,并住院
This article aims to analyze the changes of total renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system and total sodium-potassium in women with essential hypertension caused by oral contraceptives and compared with those of the corresponding age group. In the medication group, six women who developed hypertension after oral administration of estrogen and progesterone contraceptives containing 30-50 μg of estrogen had an average height of 1.63 ± 0.01 m and a weight of 62.7 ± 3.0 kg. Control group of similar age-related hypertension in women, except for aortic constriction, renal and endocrine diseases, the average height 1.57 ± 0.03m, weight 61.2 ± 8.5kg. All subjects are volunteer to attend and hospitalized
