本文归纳了国内外对细胞色素的研究情况,并讨论细胞色素P450模拟酶目前研究的各种类型,氧的反应活性及其被细胞色素P450和金属噗啉的活化,影响氧的络合活性和模型效率的因素及其实例,并对氧化机理进行了初步探讨,对有机物加氧反应的研究进展作了回顾,并对其在工业中的应用前景进行了评估。
This article summarizes the domestic and international research on cytochromes, and discusses various types of cytochrome P450 mimetic enzymes currently studied, the reactivity of oxygen and its activation by cytochrome P450 and metal phenols, the oxygen-binding activity and Model efficiency factors and examples, and the oxidation mechanism of a preliminary study of organic oxygen reaction reaction was reviewed, and its application prospects in the industry were evaluated.
