乳腺癌术后食管转移较少见,我院收治1例,现分析如下。1病历摘要女,53岁。进行性吞咽困难0.5 a,右乳癌根治术后7 a,病理示腺癌,放化疗6个疗程。CT示食管中下段管壁增厚,右胸壁变薄,乳腺肌肉缺如。钡餐X线示食管中下段见向心性狭窄,长约3~4 cm,并可见呈尖角状龛影,管壁僵硬(图1) Postoperative esophageal metastasis of breast cancer is less common in our hospital admitted to a case, are analyzed as follows. 1 medical record summary female, 53 years old. Progressive dysphagia 0.5 a, right breast cancer after radical surgery 7 a, pathological adenocarcinoma, radiotherapy and chemotherapy six courses. CT showed lower esophageal wall thickening, right chest wall thinning, lack of breast muscle. Barium meal X-ray showed esophageal lower centripetal stricture, about 3 ~ 4 cm, and was seen as sharp-pointed niche shadow, stiff wall (Figure 1)
