宽带是当今国际社会关注的热点,无论发达国家,还是发展中国家都意识到,宽带是国家经济社会发展和应对国际竞争的关键战略性基础设施。世界银行对全球120个国家的计量经济分析表明,宽带普及率每提高10%,将带动GDP增长1.3%。工信部电信研究院的测算表明,我国固定宽带普及率每提高10%,将拉动经济增长1.8%;移动宽带普及率每提高10%,将拉动经济增长2.3%,宽带对经济增长的贡献已十分明显。
Broadband is the focus of attention of today’s international community. Both developed and developing countries are aware that broadband is a key strategic infrastructure for the country’s economic and social development and its response to international competition. The World Bank’s econometric analysis of 120 countries around the world shows that every 10% increase in broadband penetration will drive GDP growth by 1.3%. Calculations by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Research Institute of Telecommunications show that for every 10% increase in fixed broadband penetration in our country, it will boost economic growth by 1.8%. With every 10% increase in mobile broadband penetration, it will boost economic growth by 2.3%. Broadband’s contribution to economic growth has become clear .
