“以人为本”理念与小学教学管理的融合,是指小学校长在进行教学管理过程中将教师和学生作为管理工作的核心部分,贯彻“以人为本”指导思想来开展教学管理。新时期形势下,传统教学管理模式已经不再适用于当前教育事业的发展,本文简要论述了传统教学管理模式存在的弊端,以及“以人为本”理念与小学教学管理工作的有效融合。
“People-oriented ” concept and primary school teaching management integration refers to the primary school principals in the process of teaching management, teachers and students as the core part of management, implement “people-oriented ” guiding ideology to carry out teaching management. Under the new situation, the traditional teaching management model is no longer suitable for the current development of education. This article briefly discusses the shortcomings of the traditional teaching management model and the effective integration of “people-oriented” teaching and primary school teaching management.
