稻负泥虫 Onlema oryzae Kuwayama 是大别山区海拔600米以上稻田中的常发性害虫。地处大别山腹部的岳西县稻负泥虫常年发生面积6万多亩,约占该县水稻种植面积的三分之一。由于以往对稻负泥虫的发生与防治研究不够,致使防治工作存在困难。1987年,稻负泥虫在岳西县严重发生,造成大片稻叶枯白,稻株迟发晚熟,损失很大。有鉴于此,从1988年开始连续3年,我们就稻负泥虫的发生规律、为害损失与防治指标进行了初步研究,现将结果整理如下:
Onlema oryzae Kuwayama is a common pest in paddy fields above 600 meters above sea level in the Dabie Mountains.
