近年来国家不断加大对各类科研项目的投入力度,与此同时,如何利用国家政策及经费的投入更好完成科研课题成为申请人及各界专家的共同关注点。尽管各医院对科研课题经费的管理基本上实现了从预算、日常核算、结题结算的专项管理,但在实际工作中仍存在着一些问题。意识上提高重视是解决问题的重中之重,只有思想上的转变才可以使得科研项目经费管理变得顺理成章。
In recent years, the state has continuously increased investment in various scientific research projects. At the same time, how to make better use of state policies and funds to complete research projects has become a common concern of applicants and experts from all walks of life. Although the management of funding for scientific research projects in hospitals basically achieved special management from budget, routine accounting and settlement, there are still some problems in practical work. Awareness-raising is the top priority in solving problems. Only ideological change can make management of the funding for scientific research a logical project.
