采用溶胶-凝胶法在FTO玻璃上制备TiO2介孔薄膜,重点研究了悬涂次数对薄膜的厚度及孔径大小的影响。对所制备的TiO2介孔薄膜进行X射线衍射分析,结果表明结晶度好,为锐钛矿结构;扫描电子显微镜研究结果表明,介孔的大小均匀且分布均匀;对不同厚度的介孔薄膜进行光学性能研究,及光电转化效率研究,结果发现,随着薄膜厚度的增加,吸光性逐渐增强,但是光电转化效率表现出先增加后减小的趋势。
Mesoporous TiO2 thin films were prepared on FTO glass by sol-gel method. The influence of the number of suspensions on the thickness and pore size of the films was investigated. X-ray diffraction analysis of the prepared mesoporous TiO2 films showed that the crystallinity was good and anatase structure. The results of scanning electron microscopy showed that the mesopores were uniform in size and uniform in distribution. The mesoporous films with different thickness Optical properties and photoelectric conversion efficiency. The results show that the light absorption increases with the increase of the thickness of the film, but the photoelectric conversion efficiency first increases and then decreases.
