阐述了普通小麦细胞质突变雄性不育系85EA和89AR的选育方法、生物学特性、雄蕊发育过程、小孢子败育特征和恢保关系等问题。研究表明,这两个不育系是不同于T型,具有不育性高而稳定、恢复源多、易恢性好等特点的新雄性不育类型。
The breeding methods, biological characteristics, stamen developmental process, microspore abortion characteristics and the relationship between the restoration and the protection of the cytoplasmic male sterile lines 85EA and 89AR were described. The results showed that these two male sterile lines were different from T type and had the characteristics of new sterility, such as high sterility, stability, recovery source, easy recovery and so on.
