压制个人对自己权界的坚守恰恰放纵了机会主义行为,扼杀了道德生成机制。每个人坚守了自己的权界,就制止了别人反道德的越界。耶鲁大学金融学教授陈志武先生在一次媒体访谈中称:“中国传统学者的学问是许愿式学问”,“谁许下的愿望最美,谁的学问就最高”。时至今日,在这种许愿式学问里打滚者仍然众多,他们缺乏实证和逻辑推演的勇气、能力,不愿意面对或没有能力揭示真实世界存在的人性弱点和制度、文化形成变迁的诸多约束条件和运行机理。他们乐于道德标榜和说教,以自身好恶来构筑“道德裁判所”,以圣贤或代圣贤立言者自居,排斥他们自我认定的“异端”。我认为,有必要对如何构建合符现代文明和社会进步的道德生成、运行机制加以深刻地反思。
