高水平临床试验研究者的培养

目前我国医药院校毕业生尤其药学毕业生,受限于高校既定的培养模式,几乎没有接受过针对临床试验方面的教育.然而,每年有相当比例的医药院校毕业生全职从事与临床试验相关的职业.如何在高校中培养出专业性强、水平高的潜在临床试验研究者,使其能更快地进入角色、融入临床试验的职业群体并发挥重要的作用,是个值得思考和探讨的课题.结合多年的临床试验教学和实践经验,文章探析高校培养临床试验研究者的举措,以期为医药院校培养临床试验相关人才的模式探索提供参考.

课程思政是一种全新的教育理念.在前期课程思政实践的基础上,教学团队围绕立德树人的根本目标,制定系统的中药药剂学课程思政的实施方案,即明确育人目标、转变教学理念、优化教学设计、评定实施效果,以期为中医药专业课程实施课程思政探索可借鉴、操作性强、能推广的实行范式.
高校推行课程思政策略是立德树人、为各行各业培养德才兼备人才的重要举措,而思政元素的挖掘则是推进课程思政改革、完善课程建设的重要环节.收集、整理对我国药学事业做出开创性贡献的部分近现代药学名家的生平事迹,比较系统挖掘这些药学名家身上的思政元素,为药学专业的课程思政教学改革提供素材,具有重要意义.
