结核病防治工作中,发现痰菌涂片阳性肺结核病例(以下简称涂阳病例)并进行管理和彻底治疗占有重要地位。根据目前的结核病流行情况,如何在农村发现涂片阳性病例是一项亟待解决的问题。我们以一个农业县为点,采用经过设计的对照试验方法,对涂阳病例的发现方式进行了探索和分析,现将结果总结报告如下:
Tuberculosis prevention and treatment work, found sputum smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis cases (hereinafter referred to smear-positive cases) and management and thorough treatment occupy an important position. According to the current epidemic of tuberculosis, how to detect smear-positive cases in rural areas is a pressing issue. We use an agricultural county as a point, the use of a controlled design of the control test methods to discover the smear cases were explored and analyzed, the results are summarized as follows:
