由于磨削过程中水平面内巨大惯性力的作用和加工轴颈时的定位不够精确,精磨后大型曲轴轴颈形状的误差总是超过容许值。消除磨削缺点所采取的措施使工序的完成复杂化并且不够经济。 细加工工序〔1〕中,如果建立最佳余量值的话,前一工序所造成的形状误差可以毫不费力地消除掉。但是,文献〔2、3〕中提出的可能形状误差、原始粗糙度和所采取余量值之间的相互关系是有显著差别的。
Due to the large inertia forces in the horizontal plane during grinding and the lack of accurate positioning of the journal during machining, the error in the shape of the journal of a large crankshaft after finish grinding always exceeds the allowable value. The measures taken to eliminate the disadvantages of grinding complicate the completion of the process and are not economical enough. In the fine working process [1], if the optimum margin value is established, the shape error caused by the previous process can be eliminated effortlessly. However, there is a significant difference in the correlation between the possible shape errors, the original roughness and the margin values taken in [2,3].
