目的:建立液相色谱串联质谱法测定豆芽中6-苄基腺嘌呤残留量的检测方法。豆芽中残留的6-苄基腺嘌呤经甲醇提取、浓缩、净化后经反相柱分离,电喷雾离子化(ESI)和多离子反应监测(MRM)方式进行定量测定。以试样峰的保留时间、母离子(m/z:226.0[M+H]+)与子离子(226.0>90.9,226.0>65.0)定性,以子离子(226.20>90.9)峰面积外标法定量。结果:豆芽中6-苄基腺嘌呤的线性范围在0~0.1mg/L,回收率在85.6%~91.2%,RSD均小于6%,最低检出限为0.05μg/kg。结论:运用液相色谱串联质谱仪进行检测,具有操作性强,回收率高,准确性高,能够满足实际工作需要。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 6-benzyl adenine residue in bean sprouts by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The residues of 6-benzyl adenine in bean sprouts were extracted with methanol, concentrated, and purified by reverse-phase column, electrospray ionization (ESI) and multi-ion reaction monitoring (MRM). (M / z: 226.0 [M + H] +) and daughter ions (226.0> 90.9, 226.0> 65.0) with the retention time of the sample peak. Quantitative. Results: The linear range of 6-benzyladenine in sprouts ranged from 0 to 0.1 mg / L and the recoveries ranged from 85.6% to 91.2%.
