信息技术的进步同时带来了电子化的政府服务,电子政务的出现无疑给传统的行政组织结构带来了冲击,那么在我国电子政务要求的后台协调一致的工作流程与政府“条块分割”的二维模式的组织结构之间的矛盾将会愈发尖锐。本文就针对电子政务和传统的行政组织结构分别进行了阐释并提出了一些解决二者矛盾的相关方法。
