以氯化钴水溶液为原料在富氧气氛下,采用简单雾化氧化法成功制备了纯净的多面体Co3O4粒子.由CoCl2.6H2O配制成水溶液,以净化的压缩富氧空气为载气和反应气源,应用气流式喷嘴雾化上述溶液,并直接在竖立高温管式电阻炉内进行氧化反应.采用XRD、FT-IR和SEM等手段表征样品的微观形貌结构与纯度.结果表明,在溶液浓度为2.0 mol.L-1、溶液处理量为6.0 L.h-1、反应温度为800℃、雾化压力为0.1 MPa的反应条件下,所得样品为纯净的多面体Co3O4粒子.以所得样品为活性物质,制成电极片,通过循环伏安法和交流阻抗法测试其化学电容性能.结果表明,Co3O4样品在5.0 mol.L-1KOH电解质水溶液中具有较好的电化学电容行为.
The pure polyhedral Co3O4 particles were successfully prepared by simple atomization oxidation method using cobalt chloride aqueous solution as raw material in an oxygen-enriched atmosphere.The aqueous solution was prepared by using CoCl2.6H2O as purifying compressed oxygen-enriched air as carrier gas and reaction gas source , The solution was atomized by a jet nozzle, and the oxidation reaction was carried out directly in a high temperature tubular resistance furnace.The microstructure and purity of the sample were characterized by XRD, FT-IR and SEM.The results showed that at the solution concentration Was 2.0 mol.L-1, and the solution treatment volume was 6.0 Lh-1, the reaction temperature was 800 ℃, the atomization pressure was 0.1 MPa, the obtained sample was pure polyhedral Co3O4 particles.With the obtained sample as the active material, The electrochemical capacitance was measured by cyclic voltammetry and AC impedance.The results show that the Co3O4 sample has good electrochemical capacitance in 5.0 mol.L-1KOH electrolyte aqueous solution.
