收集肝癌等5种消化系癌症患者血清,用免疫电泳法测定血清α1-抗胰蛋酶(α1-AT)水平,结果发现各癌症组血清α1-AT水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。另选择培养两种分化不同的消化系胃癌细胞,分离胞浆及胞核KCl抽提液,用DCC法测定相应性激素受体,结果SGC-7901细胞胞浆及胞核抽提液中ER为30.2和35.7,PR为20.3和22.7fmol/mg蛋白;NKM-45细胞相应ER为24.8和25.1,而PR为16.4和18.6fmol/mg蛋白,证明消化系胃癌细胞为ER、PR阳性,而分化低恶性高转移强的SGC-7901细胞ER、PR含量较高。这对消化系肿瘤的临床诊断有一定价值,也为其内分泌治疗提供证据。
