为探讨防感灵（流感疫苗）的安全性和免疫效果，于１９９６年对６０岁以上的老人、１８～４０岁成人、３～６岁儿童各５０人进行全程接种。接种后进行连续三天全身和局部反应观察并用血凝抑制试验作免疫前后抗体测定。结果接种后反应轻微，未见异常反应，仅１人出现发热，５人出现局部疼痛，副反应率为４．０％，出现的副反应在接种后２４小时均自动消失。接种后流感ＨＩ抗体阳转率：Ｈ３Ｎ２为８７．７％；Ｈ１Ｎ１为８８．４％，Ｂ型为８１．６％。免疫后三周ＨＩ抗体平均滴度ＧＭＴ分别为：Ｈ３Ｎ２１∶７１．０９，Ｈ１Ｎ１１∶１０２．６１，Ｂ型１∶３０．５７。本研究结果表明防感灵具有安全性高、免疫效果良好的特点，值得推广使用。
In order to explore the safety and immunization effects of anti-flu (flu vaccine), in 1996, 50 people aged over 60, 18 to 40, and 3 to 6 years old were vaccinated in the whole process. Three days after inoculation, systemic and local reactions were observed and the hemagglutination inhibition test was performed before and after immunization. Results After inoculation, the reaction was mild with no abnormal reaction. Only 1 patient developed fever and 5 patients had local pain. The side reaction rate was 4.0%. The side effects occurred automatically disappeared 24 hours after inoculation. After inoculation, the HI positive rate of influenza was 87.7% for H3N2, 88.4% for H1N1 and 81.6% for type B. Three weeks after immunization HI antibody titer average GMT were: H3N21: 71.09, H1N11: 102.61, B-type 1: 30.57.
