对原始组织为不同粗细片层组织的TA15钛合金板材在两相区进行75%的热轧变形,并用金相法观察变形后组织的球化行为,并分析变形机理。结果表明,晶内片层状α相随变形量增加发生球化,球化程度与片层状α相粗细有关,粗片层状组织发生扭曲和弯折,但等轴α晶粒较少;细片层状组织大部分发生球化,生成均匀细小的等轴组织,这说明原始组织片层状越细则变形后球化程度越高,组织更均匀细小。
The TA15 titanium alloy plate with different thickness and thickness of the original tissue was subjected to hot rolling deformation of 75% in the two-phase region. The deformation behavior of the TA15 titanium alloy plate was observed by metallographic method and the deformation mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the intragranular lamellar α - phase transformation takes place with the increase of deformation, and the degree of spheroidization is related to the lamellar α - phase thickness. The lamellar structure of the lamellar structure is distorted and bent, but the equiaxed α grains are less. Most of the lamellar microstructures were spheroidized to produce uniform and fine equiaxed tissues, which indicated that the thinner the original lamellae was, the higher the degree of spheroidization was and the more homogeneous the microstructure.
