美丽富饶的松花湖,是镶嵌在关东大地上的一颗明珠,位于北国江城吉林市丰满区东南,距市区24千米,是吉林省最大的人工湖。松花湖青山环抱,绿水浩淼,湖岸群岭起伏,东有威虎岭,北有老爷岭、法拉山,西南绵亘着吉林哈达岭,正南耸峙着红石山。松花江宛若一条飞腾的蛟龙,穿山越堑腾入湖区。正所谓:巍巍巨坝锁蛟龙,深深高峡出平湖。松花湖大坝(即丰满水电站拦江坝)始建于1937年,坝长1080米,高91米,坝顶高267米,
