1.前言作为在各类企业的工厂、办公室和大楼等处使用的电动设备,泵和风机之类的通用设备占了相当大的比例。作为节能措施的重点,是尽可能改进这些通用设备。例如泵的节能措施,现在广泛采用下列一些方法: ①控制台数;②控制阀门;③控制转速;④控制叶轮角度;⑤切削或更换叶轮;⑥利用压力罐和落差压;⑦采用溢流阀方式;⑧利用动力回收水轮机。本文的主题是介绍如何利用水轮机来回收至今还没有被利用的能量,如水的压差和残压的技术。
1. INTRODUCTION Generic equipment, such as electric equipment, pumps and fans, used at factories, offices and buildings of various types of enterprises account for a significant proportion. The focus of energy-saving measures is to improve these general-purpose equipment as much as possible. For example, the energy-saving measures of the pump are now widely used in the following methods: ① control the number of; ② control valve; ③ control speed; ④ control impeller angle; ⑤ cutting or replacement of impeller; ⑥ the use of pressure tank and drop pressure; ; ⑧ use of power recovery turbine. The topic of this article is a technique that describes how to use turbines to recover energy that has so far not been exploited, such as water pressure and residual pressure.
