江门市各级三防部门认真贯彻“安全第一,常备不懈,以防为主,全力抢险”的三防工作方针,扎扎实实做好防大汛、抗大灾的各项准备工作。一是4月6日～9日在台山市举办了全市防汛行政首长防汛抢险知识培训班,参加学习的有各镇三防指挥部指挥长、大中型水库管理单位负责人、各市(区)防办主任等148人。学员通过考试,发给结业证书,作为落实防汛行政首长责任制的一项重要内容。二是重新签订水利防洪安全责任书。据4月15日统计,全市已签545宗,占应签总数的86.9%,余下的正继续办理中。三是各级调整落实防汛机构人员、重点工程防汛
