在计算机网络不断普及以及信息技术快速发展的背景下,人们的学习方式和生活方式被信息技术所改变,信息时代的来临严重冲击着传统高职教育莫斯,为教师带来了新的任务和命题。而高职院校承担着人才培养的重任,为企业提供了大量的人才资源,因此需要充分认识到教师能力培养的重要性,加强教师教学能力和信息技术能力的培养,以此提高专业教育的综合水平,实现信息化教育的发展。本文就对信息技术支持下的高职院校教师能力培训进行分析和探讨。
