本文介绍了由三相交流电产生的行波磁场为原理做成的磁分离器。磁性颗粒在行波磁场中受到吸向分离器表面的磁性力,以及产生沿磁分离器表面逆行波磁场方向滚动的磁性转矩的作用,从而把磁性颗粒分离出来。本文还简单介绍了利用行波磁场原理做成的三种型式磁分离器的特点。
This paper introduces the magnetic separator produced by the principle of traveling-wave magnetic field generated by three-phase AC. The magnetic particles are subjected to the magnetic force drawn toward the separator surface in the traveling wave magnetic field and the magnetic torque rolling in the direction of the magnetic field of the retrograde wave along the surface of the magnetic separator to separate the magnetic particles. This article also briefly introduced the use of traveling wave magnetic field theory made of three types of magnetic separator characteristics.
