对33名接触VDT2年以上的工作人员及27名对照人员进行了健康调查,同时对VDT工作环境的微小气候进行了测定。结果表明VDT环境中噪声强度及正离子浓度均高于对照室;两种环境中照度均低于标准。VDT工作人员中诉有不适、头痛、头昏、记忆力减退、视物模糊、鼻咽干燥、关节酸痛及出血倾向的发生率均明显高于对照组。VDT工作人员的血小板5-羟色胺含量也明显高于对照组。VDT环境中的主要有害因素可能是正负离子浓度比值偏离正常范围及噪声、照度不足。
Conducted a health survey of 33 workers and 27 control workers who had been in contact with VDT for 2 years and measured the microclimate in the VDT working environment. The results showed that both the noise intensity and the positive ion concentration in the VDT environment were higher than those in the control room; the illuminance in both environments was lower than the standard. VDT staff complained of discomfort, headache, dizziness, memory loss, blurred vision, nasopharyngeal dryness, joint pain and the incidence of bleeding were significantly higher than the control group. VDT staff platelet serotonin content was also significantly higher than the control group. VDT environment may be the main harmful factors positive and negative ion concentration ratio deviation from the normal range and noise, insufficient illumination.
