实验目的:对临床治疗耳鼻喉患者的急性感染和术后疼痛的临床治疗方法进行探讨和分析.实验方法:选取我院在2019年1月-2019年12月接诊的共102例耳鼻喉急性感染患者,将其分成对照组和观察组各51人.在患者经过手术治疗后,对观察组在术后使用舒芬太尼治疗,对照组使用芬太尼透皮贴进行治疗.完成术后治疗后,对两组患者的镇痛成都和临床上的疗效进行对比.实验结果:观察组患者无论是临床疗效还是阵痛效果都要远高于对照组.实验结论:通过舒芬太尼的使用,能够在一定程度上提高耳鼻喉急性感染的治疗效果和阵痛效果,值得得到进一步的应用.
