本文通过对包头矿五种不同磨矿细度原矿中的几种有用矿物进行系统解离分析,并根据实测数据计算出不同细度的理论可选指标。研究表明,稀土矿物粒度虽较铁矿物细得多,但相同磨矿细度下稀土矿物与铁矿物的单体解离度相近,适宜选铁的磨矿细度基本适宜综合回收稀土矿物。
In this paper, several useful minerals in five different grinding fine ore of Baotou ore are systematically dissociated, and theoretically optional indexes of different fineness are calculated according to the measured data. The results show that although the size of rare earth minerals is much smaller than that of iron minerals, the dissociation degrees of rare earth minerals and iron minerals are similar under the same grinding fineness. The suitable fineness of iron dressing is basically suitable for the comprehensive recovery of rare earth minerals .
