1982年7月~1984年3月,作者把238名HBsAg阳性母亲的婴儿随机分成两组,Ⅰ组117人,Ⅱ组121人。Ⅰ组于出生后2小时注射乙型肝炎免疫球蛋白(HBIG)200U,并按0、1、2、11月接种血源HB疫苗10μg;Ⅱ组于0、3月各注射HBIG 200U和125U,按3、4、5、11月程序接种血源HB疫苗10μg。1984年4月~1987年11月,257名婴儿随机分入Ⅲ组(133人)和Ⅳ组(124人),两组均于0月注射HBIG 200U,并按0、1、6月程序分别接种血源HB疫苗10μg(Ⅲ组)和5μg(Ⅳ组)。1988年1月~1989年10月,将210名HBsAg阳性母亲的婴儿随机分至Ⅴ组(112人)和Ⅵ组(98人)两组均于出生后2小时内注射HBIG 300U,Ⅵ组于3月龄时加注300U,Ⅴ、Ⅵ组均按3、4、5、11月接种重组HB疫苗20μg。
From July 1982 to March 1984, 238 infants of HBsAg-positive mothers were randomized into two groups: group I with 117 and group II with 121.
