眼下,连煎蛋、煮蛋都不会的学生并不鲜见。笔者建议他们不妨先听听诺贝尔物理学奖获得者朱棣文的说法。他称自己在研究工作之余,最大的嗜好就是下厨做菜,与妻儿、亲友一起享用。而之所以喜欢下厨,则是下厨做一些组合、操作的事情,可以养成自己动手做的习惯。也让双手更灵巧。由此他认为应该让孩子从小学会下厨。
