构建服务型政府过程中,促进公民政治社会化是题中之义。改革开放以来,我国公民政治社会化在思想政治教育工作上初显成效,但是也存在着一些政治参与水平不高、政治社会化教育方法不恰当、过度政治社会化等问题。构建服务型政府,要求突出公民在政治社会化中的主体地位,通过中国特色社会化主义主导文化的构建、政府机构和职能服务向度的转变以及社会化教育方法的改进,为公民政治社会化提供文化氛围、物质环境和具体途径。
