跨栏是一项技术性很强的运动项目,对运动员的身体素质要求很高。准备活动可以使运动员在体温的升高中得到一种心理和生理的调整,特别是柔韧性练习显得尤为重要。准备活动至少要用15分钟才能达到体表和体内温度的平衡,女子因为先天柔韧性好,而且肌肉少于男子,准备活动时间可以稍微缩短。下面介绍一套简单易行而且特别适用于训练和比赛要求的准备活动方法(运动员可以根据自己的特点选择组合使用):
Hurdle is a highly technical sports, the physical quality of athletes demanding.
