中国随着计划经济条件下福利式分房制度的终结,市场经济的来临后,住宅成为大件商品已变成历史的必然。新的价值取向成为建筑师规划设计构思重要依据,其责任不再是设计“快餐式”住宅,在项目策划、市场动向定位确定产品定位等已成为衡量建筑师合格与否的重要标准之一。好的建筑师其产品应该能成为满足市场需求与消费者个性化的商品,市场成为检验建筑师作品水平高低的另一个重要标准。而那些根据自己的好恶、经验、一意孤行、孤芳自赏的建筑师将会成为市场的弃儿。
With the end of the welfare-type housing distribution system in the planned economy in China, after the advent of the market economy, it becomes inevitable that housing will become an over-sized commodity in history. The new value orientation has become an important basis for architects’ concept of planning and design. The responsibility is no longer to design “fast-food” residential buildings. It has become one of the important standards for assessing the conformity of architects in terms of project planning and market orientation. A good architect whose product should be able to be a product that meets the needs of the market and the individualization of the consumer becomes another important criterion for examining the level of an architect’s work. And those based on their own likes and dislikes, experience, bent, perplexing architects will become abandoned market.
