河间市地处冀中平原腹地,虽然是河北省一个小小的县级市,但却是一座有着2700多年历史的文化古城。这里是《毛诗》的发祥地,是被中华诗词学会命名的全国“诗词之乡”。这里有被上海大世界评为收藏《诗经》版本之最的诗经斋,有列入国家第一批非物质文化遗产名录的河间歌诗。而这些,又都和辖区内一个叫做诗经村的小村分不开。诗经村因为汉博士毛苌在这里口授《诗经》而得名。
Hejian is located in the hinterland of the Jizhong Plain, although it is a small county-level city in Hebei Province, but it is a cultural city with more than 2700 years of history.
