近年来随着分子生物学的发展,阐明了cAMP在调节心血管系统的正常功能以及一些重要的心血管疾病的发生,治疗方面具有重要作用。葡脓-cAMP类药物能增加心肌能量的利用,改善心功能,DB-cAMP脂溶性高,易进入细胞内,对心源性休克,心肌梗塞有良效。文献中从cAMP衍生物中筛选出具有正性肌力作用而不影响心率的药物。本文根据临床观察心先安(葡甲胺-cAMP)能缓解心绞痛,治疗泵衰,改善心血管功能,因而研究其对心血管的影响。
