超低碳18—8类型不锈钢的出现,大大地提高了钢材本身及其焊接接头的耐蚀性能。在发展我国超低碳(≤0.03%C)不锈钢的同时,相应地发展焊接材料,使之能与钢种配套使用,是一项具有重大的政治经济意义的工作。为此,我们在研制00Cr18Ni10超低碳不锈钢板(管)焊接的同时,还进行了00Cr19Ni10及00Cr19Ni10Nb 两种焊条的研制工作。通过对堆焊金属及焊接接头的焊接工艺、耐蚀及力学等性能的研究,已经获得满意的结果,并定型生产了小批焊条。
The appearance of ultra-low carbon 18-8 type stainless steel has greatly improved the corrosion resistance of the steel itself and its welded joints. In the development of China’s ultra-low carbon (≤ 0.03% C) stainless steel, while the corresponding development of welding materials, so that it can be used with steel, is a major political and economic significance of the work. Through the welding of surfacing metal and welded joints, corrosion and mechanical properties of the study has been to obtain satisfactory results, and stereotypes produced a small batch of electrodes.
