According to the traditional view, C4 plants, such as millet and millet, are mainly contained in the copper pot, but scientific evidence has always been lacking. A copper 出 unearthed from the western Zhou 倗 State Cemetery in Hengshui Town, Jiangxian County, Shanxi Province contains black residue. It was found by morphological observation, infrared spectroscopy, elemental analysis and stable isotope analysis that it contains a certain amount of starch. The residue mainly consists of C3 Plants and C3 plants as the bottom of the food chain composition, speculated that copper 簋 had Sheng cooked rice and meat. This shows that the use of ancient bronzes should be diversified, will help people to re-examine the use of bronze vessels and functions.
