选用SD雄性大鼠30只,随机分为三组,正常组喂基础饲料,高脂组和鸡冠花组喂高脂饲料,鸡冠花组每天灌胃给鸡冠花乙醇提取物100mg/kg,正常组和高脂组给等量生理盐水灌胃,连续8周后结果表明,鸡冠花乙醇提取物可降低高脂大鼠血清TC,升高血清HDL-C,并使高脂大鼠血清和肝脏锌升高,血清和肝脏铜下降(P<0.05或P<0.01)。鸡冠花组血清钙铁无显著性变化,而肝脏铁升高,钙下降(P<0.05)。提示鸡冠花乙醇提取物可调节例高脂大鼠体内锌铜铁钙代谢,影响血脂水平。
Thirty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups. The normal group was fed the basal diet, the high-fat group and the celosia flower group were fed high-fat diet, and the celosia group was given gavage ethanol extract 100 mg/kg every day. In the high-fat group, the same volume of normal saline was given to the stomach. After 8 weeks of continuous use, the results showed that the ethanol extract of C. comosum reduced serum TC in high-fat rats, increased serum HDL-C, and made serum of zinc and liver of high-fat rats. When elevated, serum and liver copper decreased (P<0.05 or P<0.01). There was no significant change in serum calcium and iron in the celosia group, but liver iron was elevated and calcium was decreased (P<0.05). It is suggested that the ethanol extract of Celosia may regulate the metabolism of zinc, copper, iron and calcium in high-fat rats and affect the blood lipid level.
