建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定紫参薯中薯蓣皂苷元的含量,采用InertsilODS-3C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为纯甲醇,柱温25℃,流速1.0mL/min;UV检测波长210nm,对薯蓣皂元含量进行测定。结果表明:薯蓣皂苷元在9.0~72.0μg/mL范围内峰面积与其质量浓度具有很好的线性关系(R2=0.9995),精密度RSD为1.41%,薯蓣皂苷元的平均含量为0.064%。该法测定样品准确,重复性好,能快速检测紫参薯中薯蓣皂元的含量。
A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was developed for the determination of diosgenin in purple ginseng. Using InertsilODS-3C18 (150mm × 4.6mm, 5μm) column, the mobile phase was pure methanol and the column temperature was 25 ℃. min; UV detection wavelength 210nm, the content of yam soap determination. The results showed that the peak area of diosgenin in the range of 9.0 ~ 72.0μg / mL had a good linear relationship with its mass concentration (R2 = 0.9995), the RSD of precision was 1.41% and the average content of diosgenin was 0.064%. This method has the advantages of accurate determination of samples, good repeatability, and rapid detection of the content of yam soap in purple ginseng.
