目的选用明胶海绵经导管制备选择性肺动脉栓塞模型,为肺栓塞影像学和病理生理学研究提供可靠模型。方法用6只杂种犬,经颈静脉插管至肺动脉叶段分支,将明胶海绵自导管注入;于栓塞前后分别作选择性肺动脉造影。制备肺栓塞标本。结果选择性肺动脉造影,栓塞叶肺动脉分支出现“血管截断征”,栓塞后肺动脉直径有不同程度扩张。病理镜下可见肺动脉管腔内有明胶海绵栓塞物。结论经导管选择性肺动脉栓塞模型制备是成功的;此模型有效易行,简单可重复。
Objective To select a model of selective pulmonary embolism by gelatin sponge via catheter and provide a reliable model for the study of pulmonary embolism and pathophysiology. Methods Six hybrid dogs were cannulated through the jugular vein to the branches of the leaf segments of the pulmonary artery. Gelatin sponge was injected through the catheter. Selective pulmonary angiography was performed before and after embolization. Preparation of pulmonary embolism specimens. Results of selective pulmonary angiography, embolization of the pulmonary artery branch appeared “vascular truncation sign”, pulmonary artery diameter after embolization have different degrees of expansion. Pathological microscope shows pulmonary artery lumen with gelatin sponge embolism. Conclusions Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization of the pulmonary embolism model is successful; this model is simple and reproducible.
