目的 探讨O13 9群霍乱JX株的TcpA基因序列 ,分析该株基因的特点。方法 采用PCR扩增技术 ,检测含O13 9群霍乱标本 ,对TcpA基因阳性者进行核苷酸序列测定 ,分析基因变异情况。结果 发现阳性标本中 ,对其中 1株进行了TcpA基因序列测定 ,该序列与TcpAET(O13 9株 )同源性为 10 0 % ,与EVC序列同源性为 96%。结论 本株与O1群 (EVC)遗传关系最近 ,对萍乡地区霍乱防治具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the TcpA gene sequence of J13 strain of O13 9 cholera and analyze the characteristics of the gene. Methods PCR amplification was used to detect the cholera specimens containing O139. The nucleotide sequence of TcpA gene was analyzed and the gene mutation was analyzed. TcpA gene was sequenced in one of the positive samples. The sequence was 100% homologous to TcpAET (O139) and 96% homologous to EVC. Conclusion The genetic relationship between this strain and O1 (EVC) is the most recent, which is of great significance for the prevention and control of cholera in Pingxiang.
