为打造一支品德高尚、业务精良、身心健康的高素质、可持续发展的教师队伍,充分发挥校内骨干教师“传”“帮”“带”的作用,使青年教师在教育教学中迅速成长,尽快脱颖而出,学校举行了青年教师拜师结对活动,给青年教师提供了一个学习的平台,丰富了校本教研活动的内容,营造出了团结奋进、互帮互学、积极向上的氛围,为打造一支师德高尚、业务精良的青年教师队伍搭建了成长平台,绘就了新世纪学校发展的新蓝图。现将笔者参加本次活动的收获及感想总结出来,以求相互切磋、共同进步。

I now summed up the harvest and feelings of the author to participate in this event in order to learn from each other and make progress together.
