This paper presents a Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) circuit of the concurrent fault detection structure. DCT adopts butterfly structure of B.G.Lee algorithm, and the method used in detection is algorithm-based concurrent fault detection and fault tolerance. Compared with other concurrency fault detection fault-tolerant structures, the proposed DCT structure with concurrent fault detection is superior in both hardware and time redundancy
