1996年4月29日～30日,水利部水文司在北京主持召开了《水文巡测规范》(送审稿)审查会议。参加本次审查会议的有北京、河北、陕西、四川、湖南、江苏、江西、广东、黄委、长委等水文部门,以及部水利信息中心、科技司技术监督处共20余位专家。《水文巡测规范》(原名《水文勘测站队结合测验规范》)是水文司根据水利水电1986年标准编制计划,于1990年12月下达,由长委水文局为主编单位编制的。几年来,编制组在1985年部颁《水文勘测站队结合试行办法》的基础上,本着“继
