西藏东部昌都地区侏罗纪以怒江断裂带为界.有两种截然不同的沉积类型。东部是以陆相红色碎屑沉积为主的昌都红层区,仅中侏罗统夹少量海陆交互相地层,并含有广盐性生物化石;西部为典型海相沉积的怒江地层区,普遍缺失早侏罗世沉积,中侏罗统产有十分丰富的无脊椎动物化石,其中以双壳类和腕足类分布较广,后者仅产于部分层位。本文研究的洛隆马里侏罗系剖面,是迄今为止藏东海相侏罗系剖面中序列最清楚完整、化石最丰
The Jurassic in the Changdu area of eastern Tibet is bounded by the Nujiang fault zone. There are two distinct sedimentary types. The eastern part of the Changdu red zone is dominated by terrigenous red clastic sediments. Only the Middle Jurassic contains a small amount of sea-land interaction facies, with broad-salt biological fossils. In the western part of the Nujiang stratigraphic zone, where marine deposits are typical, Early Jurassic sediments, produced in the Middle Jurassic are very rich in invertebrate fossils, of which the bivalves and brachiopods are widely distributed, which is only produced in part of the horizon. The Lomond Mali Jurassic profile studied in this paper is by far the most complete and fossil sequence in the Jurassic profile of the eastern Tibet Sea
