随着当今时代的快速发展,液压技术已在我国各类工程机械中得到广泛应用,尤其出现了大量的全液压工程机械。但是,与工业生产液压设备相比,工程机械所处工作环境恶劣,具有重载、高速、能耗大,因为维护条件差,受到环境保护、自重与安装空间限制等问题,所以,对液压系统在工作可靠性、能耗、经济性、环境适应性、环境友好性、舒适安全性、故障监控和配置组合柔性等多方面提出了更高的要求。现代工程机械的液压系统,在设计时更注重坚持节能设计理论、绿色设计原则、提高产品的可靠性和可维护性,同时结合现代微电子及计算机技术、传感器技术、诊断技术和故障监控,已取得了显著成就。通过当前我国液压技术在设备改造中的应用,进行浅谈,试图为之提供行之有效的指导性建议。
