参加县(市)的一些会议,是记者搜集新闻的一个渠道,但不是唯一的渠道。如果只是听会、要材料、写会议消息,或编发领导人的讲话,那是很不够的。必须坚持用新闻的标准来衡量事实,必须注重新闻的作用和社会效果。往往是有些会议并无多大新闻价值,可是在会议中听到了情况,获得了信息,发现了线索,这就有了新闻资源。如果能抓住那些是新闻的事实,进行再采访,就有可能写出好的新闻作品。去年,我们参加旗里的扶贫工作会议时,感到有些事过去已经报过了,又觉得报个开会消息意义不大。可这个大会只开了一天就结束了,而以往每年都要开四五天,这本身不就是新闻吗。于是我们抓住这个新事, Participate in counties (cities) of some meetings, is a reporter to collect news channel, but not the only channel.
