在长期发展过程当中,由于资金缺乏和管理理念的相对滞后,使得班主任管理工作难免存在不足之处。况且对于中专学生而言,班主任不仅在学习上肩负着传道授业的责任,而且在生活和人生观念的塑造当中更是承担着育人的重担。有效的班主任工作不仅应当及时解决学生的心理问题,还需要保持班级内部的稳定和团结。从这个角度来说,班主任在知识传授和学生人格培养中都起着指导性的作用。所以,加强班主任对班级的有效管理已经成为发展教育和培养学生的实际需求。
In the long-term development process, due to the lack of funds and the relative lagging management philosophy, making the class teacher management inevitably there are deficiencies. Moreover, for secondary school students, the teacher not only shoulders the responsibility of preaching and teaching while studying, but also shoulders the burden of educating people in shaping the concept of life and life. Effective class teacher work should not only promptly solve the psychological problems of students, but also need to maintain the stability and unity within the class. From this perspective, the class teacher plays a guiding role in imparting knowledge and cultivating students’ personality.
