近年来微波已被应用于包括口腔粘膜病和口腔肿瘤在内的多种疾病,但用于防止癌前病变恶化的研究尚少。本实验采用微波辐射金地鼠颊囊白斑,比较模型组和微波组远期癌变率,观察肉眼和光镜下的组织细胞变化规律,摸索最佳技术参数,旨在为临床推广应用提供动物实验参考依据。结果发现微波辐射能有效地降低白斑癌变率;其光镜和肉眼观察到的变化规律有助于揭示微波阻癌的可能机理;明确了正常掌握技术参数,严格控制最佳升温值是提高疗效的关键。
In recent years, microwaves have been applied to various diseases including oral mucosal diseases and oral tumors, but there are few studies on preventing the progression of precancerous lesions. In this study, the golden hamster cheek pouch leucocytes were irradiated by microwave radiation to compare the long-term carcinogenesis rate of the model group and the microwave group. The changes of the cells under the naked eye and light microscope were observed and the best technical parameters were explored to provide reference for the clinical application . The results showed that microwave radiation can effectively reduce the rate of white spot carcinogenesis; the change rule observed by light microscope and naked eye is helpful to reveal the possible mechanism of microwave cancer prevention; clear the normal control of technical parameters, strict control of the optimal heating value is to improve the efficacy The essential.
