目的:建立黄白甘草洗剂的HPLC指纹图谱的检测方法。方法:采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.05%磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长237 nm,对10批黄白甘草洗剂进行HPLC指纹图谱检测,采用“中药色谱指纹图谱评价系统2004年A版”进行评价。结果:黄白甘草洗剂采用该方法分离效果好,确定了20个共有峰,10批洗剂的相似度均>0.9。结论:该方法重复性、稳定性好,建立的指纹图谱可为黄白甘草洗剂的质量评价提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the HPLC fingerprinting of white and white licorice lotion. Methods: Kromasil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used to elute the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 237 nm. HPLC fingerprint detection, the use of “Chinese chromatographic fingerprint chromatographic system 2004 A version ” for evaluation. Results: The method of separating white and white licorice lotion has good effect, confirming 20 common peaks and the similarities of 10 lotions are> 0.9. Conclusion: The method is reproducible and stable. The established fingerprint can provide the basis for the quality evaluation of Huangcaocao lotion.
